Message	from IPP about two months ago. They arrived quickly and were packed in such a way that nothing would be damaged during shipping. That was great and is what one expects when placing an order. The thing that really impressed me was the letter I received a few days latter thanking me for my purchase, and assuring me that my satisfaction with my order was important to Kyle.
